What you'll be doing
In this role you’ll be the key link in managing waiting lists and elective admissions, ensuring accuracy, patient care and smooth coordination across services.
Managing patient admissions and bookings
Communicating with diverse stakeholders
Monitoring waiting list performance
Delivering exceptional customer service
Ensuring data accuracy and patient privacy

Selection Criteria:
Relevant experience in admissions and bookings processes.
Experience with computerised patient administration systems.
Sound knowledge of NSW Health "Elective Surgery Access" Policy Directive (PD2022_001).
Experience in a customer service role demonstrating effective interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to work productively within a team, and to work autonomously when required.
Demonstrated time management and organisational skills to manage competing priorities.
Demonstrated understanding of Medical Terminology.
