- Recovery nursing requires strong teamwork and effective decision making under pressure. Provide an example of how you have worked collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team in a fast paced clinical setting to support safe patient care and efficient patient flow.
Describe how you ensure high standards of clinical safety and quality care in your nursing practice. In your response, include how you manage risk, follow policies and procedures, and reflect on your practice to support continuous improvement.
