What you'll be doing
The position is primarily responsible in the overseeing the verification and processing of Training, Education & Study Leave (TESL) applications and general staff travel and conference leave applications in a timely manner for the Sydney Children's Hospitals Network (SCHN).
The person is responsible for the day to day management of both TESL, and other travel and conference leave applications for all staff, ensuring compliance with established policy and methodology, via the efficient processing of travel and conference leave applications and iExpense travel and conference leave claims.
Delivery of professional ongoing quality customer service and support to Senior Medical Officers, Senior Managers and Administrative staff with regards to the SCHN Conference Management System, TESL entitlements, and conference leave and travel enquiries.
General administration support where required for the Senior Medical and Dental Workforce team.
