What you'll be doing
Responsibilities include coordination of Orthopaedic Outpatient Clinics, management of patient appointments and billing, electronic ordering, handling incoming calls, and maintaining both electronic and paper-based records. The role also involves facilitating staff leave, supporting theatre list optimisation and attending subspecialty meetings as required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. The position also ensures compliance with occupational health and safety procedures, including adherence to mandatory radiation safety standards as outlined by AOA guidelines. Additional departmental support may be required as directed.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
o Has Previous administrative experience preferably in a hospital/health care setting.
o Demonstrates capacity to work under broad supervision and to undertake a diverse range of tasks as an effective member of a team in a high-pressure, high-volume work environment.
o Well-developed organisational skills, High level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
