Nepean Hospital is a teaching hospital that provides tertiary referral services in emergency care, coronary care, diagnostics, gynaecology, paediatric, neonatal intensive care/ICU, maternity, mental health, rehabilitation, and surgery. The Nepean Campus has recently experienced tremendous growth and aims to support communities within and outside of Sydney’s western suburbs, providing world-class clinical facilities, services, and care.
An exciting opportunity is available to join the Patient Enquiry team at Nepean Hospital as a part-time Receptionist. In this frontline role, you will provide face-to-face assistance to patients and visitors, offering clear information about departments and patient whereabouts, while also managing enquiry phone calls with professionalism and care.
The Patient Enquiry service plays a vital role in supporting hospital operations, including parking validations and passes, booking couriers, dispensing taxi vouchers, and assisting Official Visitors. As a Receptionist, you will be an essential point of contact, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for all who engage with the service.
