Employment with Mid North Coast LHD requires candidates to hold a valid authority to work in Australia (Aust Work Rights Visa).
What you'll be doing
Practicing and promoting safe, efficient and effective nursing care that reflects current standards of nursing practices and current Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures.
About You
You are a dedicated and highly capable Registered Nurse with current registration through the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia. You bring strong clinical knowledge and hands‑on nursing skills that are well suited to both outpatient services and acute hospital environments. Your practice reflects a commitment to safe, effective, and patient‑centred care.
You excel in clinical problem‑solving, consistently using sound judgement to optimise patient outcomes. Your communication style is clear, professional, and adaptable, demonstrated through your confident use of information technology as well as your written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
You work seamlessly within multidisciplinary teams, coordinating and planning patient care with an outcome‑focused approach. Your ability to collaborate ensures continuity of care and supports a positive patient experience.
You are flexible and dependable, willing to participate in a seven‑day rotating roster that includes night duty and public holidays. Your reliability and professionalism make you a valuable contributor to any clinical team.
