Employment with Mid North Coast LHD requires candidates to hold a valid authority to work in Australia (Aust Work Rights Visa).
What you'll be doing
Practicing and promoting safe, efficient and effective nursing care that reflects current standards of nursing practices and current Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures.
About You
You are a dedicated and highly skilled Registered Nurse with current registration through the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia. You bring strong clinical capability to both outpatient and acute hospital environments, demonstrating the nursing knowledge, technical proficiency and patient‑centred approach essential for high‑quality care.
You excel in clinical problem‑solving, using sound judgement and evidence‑based practice to optimise patient outcomes. Your communication is clear, professional and adaptable, supported by confident use of information technology and well‑developed written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
You work effectively within multidisciplinary teams, coordinating and planning patient care to ensure safe, efficient and outcome‑focused service delivery. Your collaborative approach strengthens team performance and enhances the patient experience.
You are reliable, flexible and committed to service needs, participating confidently in a seven‑day rotating roster that includes night duty and public holidays. Your professionalism, resilience and strong work ethic make you a valuable contributor to any clinical setting.
