As a Technical Architect within our ServiceNow team, you will lead the design and evolution of one of NSW Health's most critical enterprise platforms. You'll provide strategic direction on ServiceNow architecture, integration, and technical governance, delivering scalable and sustainable solutions that enhance service delivery across the organisation. This is an opportunity to influence enterprise-wide technology decisions and help shape a modern, maintainable, and future-ready ServiceNow environment.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the ServiceNow architecture strategy to deliver scalable, enterprise-wide service management solutions.
- Drive technology roadmaps that support scalable, future-ready service management solutions.
- Design and deliver innovative solutions that solve complex business challenges.
- Assess emerging technologies and vendor solutions to maximise platform value.
- Influence enterprise decisions through expert technical leadership and governance.

About You
You’ll be someone who:
- Has extensive hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, including architecture, integration, governance, and platform optimisation.
- Designs enterprise solutions with confidence, balancing business needs, technical requirements, and long-term platform sustainability.
- Leads through expertise and influence, providing trusted advice on ServiceNow strategy, emerging technologies, and best-practice service management.
