Remuneration: $147,653.00 - $175,917.00 per annum, plus 12% superannuation

About the Opportunity
The ICT Senior Project Manager leads and manages the risk, quality and progress of complex ICT projects to organisational standards, and ensures projects are completed on time, on budget, to quality standards, and within agreed scope.

Essential Requirements

  • Project qualifications and demonstrated extensive experience in IT project management and methodologies and affiliations with a proven track record for delivering on time and within budget.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple concurrent digital and application delivery projects on time and budget.
  • Extensive experience in relationship and delivery management with vendors in the digital and application solution area, ensuring projects are completed within agreed timeframes and budgets.

  1. Can you share an example of a complex ICT project you've managed from start to finish. How did you ensure this project was delivered to scope, budget, schedule and quality standards? What project management delivery methodology did you use? What were some of your challenges on this project and how did you overcome them?
  2. From your experience on delivering ICT projects, can you provide an example where you've identified a major risk or issue which will impact your delivery timeline. What action(s) did you did to mitigate this risk or issue and what was the outcome?
  3. From your experience delivering ICT projects, can you provide an example where key stakeholders were unclear about their needs or business requirements and or kept changing their minds during the project? How did you approach this situation to confirm the scope and manage shifting expectations? What did you do to keep the project on track, and what was the outcome?
