About the Opportunity
Commencing in early 2026, the Senior Digital Health Analyst supports the design, configuration and implementation of digital health solutions that enhance clinical workflows across NSW Health, with a dedicated focus on the Anaesthesia and Perfusion team. This team configures and maintains all SDPR functions related to Anaesthesia and Perfusion workflows across hospital environments including Theatres, Maternity, Procedural Areas and Perfusion medication processes and manages associated device integrations.
This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of digital healthcare across NSW by contributing to major clinical system uplift projects, including Epic and other statewide digital health platforms. You’ll work hands-on with tools such as Electronic Medical Records (EMR), digital workflows, configuration environments, product backlogs and integrated testing suites—helping design solutions that streamline patient care, improve clinician experience and enhance system-wide performance.
In this role, you will:
Lead the design, configuration and implementation of digital health programs that support safe, effective and efficient models of care.
Translate complex clinical workflows into clear business requirements, documentation and configuration recommendations.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement across clinical and non-clinical groups, ensuring alignment and informed decision-making.
Support testing activities - including configuration testing, issue investigation, defect management and resolution - to ensure system quality and reliability.
Identify risks, issues and dependencies using clinical insights and contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement processes.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Holds Tertiary qualifications in a Health discipline (Medical, Nursing, Pharmacy, Allied Health, Health Information Management) and/or extensive experience in a public healthcare environment.
Brings strong clinical or digital health expertise with the ability to accurately interpret workflows, models of care and frontline requirements.
Communicates complex technical matters in plain language and builds strong, influential relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment with rapid technology evolution and can balance competing priorities calmly and professionally.
Has demonstrated experience implementing digital health initiatives and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
Is proactive, detail-oriented and committed to continuous improvement through rigorous testing, evaluation and documentation.
You will succeed in this role if you:
Enjoy working in an environment where no two days are the same.
Are motivated by tight deadlines and problem solving on the go.
Can juggle multiple priorities while staying calm and outcome focused.
Thrive when collaborating with others to deliver results in a fast-moving space.
