About the role:
In this pivotal role, you will become an integral member of our team, working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional care to patients during their most vulnerable moments. You will help patients understand clinical interventions, manage emergencies, and mentor staff and students.

The Taree Mental Health Unit, nestled within the Manning Base Hospital, serves as a haven for up to 20 individuals navigating mental health challenges. Under the guidance of our newly appointed and highly experienced Nurse Manager and Nurse Unit Manager, the unit is embracing a dynamic era of transformation. Supported by a dedicated nursing team and a collaborative Allied Health and Medical team, we are united in our commitment to driving meaningful advancements in patient care. The Taree Mental Health Unit is undergoing a robust change management process, emphasising team development and cultivating an environment that nurtures growth, innovation, and professional excellence.
