Essential Criteria:
Qualification: Relevant tertiary qualifications as a Registered Nurse,
Registration: Current unrestricted authority to practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated skills in mental health and experience working with people with severe and persistent mental illness.
- Demonstrated understanding and ability to work within experience working in a team and/or knowledge of the principles that guide service delivery within this model of practice.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate meaningfully with consumers and carers with a commitment and understanding of recovery principles in mental health service provision.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of NSW Mental Health Act,
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and good interpersonal skills.
- Computer competence and literacy including the use of health database systems.
