The Provisional Fellow in Paediatric Orthopaedic Surgery position within The Children's Hospital at Westmead aims to provide advanced training in theory, clinical skills, teaching, surgery and related research to allow the Fellow to become clinically proficient in the care of patients with orthopaedic conditions and adept at managing their care in the context of the family. Positions are available for 12 months commencing from August 2027 or February 2028.

Selection Criteria:

  1. MBBS or equivalent, currently registered or eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia in an appropriate registration category
  2. Registered as an Advanced Trainee with a relevant College or equivalent
  3. Previous experience in paediatric orthopaedic surgery is desirable
  4. Demonstrated commitment to further education and professional development
  5. Demonstrated ability to work with a multidisciplinary team
