Prevocational Support Officer
What you will bring to the role
- Ability to undertake advanced rostering/pay duties involving the calculation of employee pays and entitlements together with advice to employees on pay and conditions, ensuring that Health Roster entries are consistent with provisions of the Award
- Ability to undertake research, develop policies/procedures or provide advice to senior staff
- Ability to undertake advanced administrative tasks such as: preparing reports on a range of metrics using different HRIS, acting as the secretariat to a number of meetings and using applications to complete financial tasks
- High level analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to resolve or escalate matters as they arise
- Possess well developed communication skills and the ability to bring a creative approach to problem solving and conflict resolution.
- Ability to work under limited direction and guidance with regard to work priorities and balance competing demands within a complex, high volume working environment
- Ability to support the JMO employment functions
Employment of a temporary visa holder may only occur if no suitable permanent resident or citizen of Australia has been identified and must not exceed the duration or conditions associated with the current visa.
