Remuneration:
· Senior Psychologist: $123,974 - $134,338 per annum
· Counsellor Level 4 & Social Worker Level 4: $126,524 - $129,591 per annum

Join a passionate and purpose-driven team at Mount Druitt Community Health Centre within Western Sydney Local Health District. You will work closely with multidisciplinary clinicians, DCJ partners and community stakeholders to deliver a highly regarded early intervention program focused on supporting vulnerable women, babies and families during pregnancy. What you'll be doing
As the Pregnancy Family Meeting Coordinator, you will oversee the coordination and operational management of the Pregnancy Family Meeting (PFM) program across WSLHD. You will play a key role in facilitating early engagement, strengthening partnerships and ensuring women and families receive coordinated support during pregnancy.
· Coordinate, allocate and oversee Pregnancy Family Meetings across WSLHD
· Recruit, train, mentor and support PFM facilitators and manage facilitator workloads
· Build and maintain strong partnerships with DCJ, clinicians and external agencies
· Facilitate meetings, provide education and promote awareness of the PFM program
· Contribute to program development, reporting, evaluation and continuous improvement

Essential Criteria:
· Qualification: Relevant tertiary qualifications in social work, social science or related field meeting Health Professionals or Psychologists Award Classification for social work, counselling or psychology
· Registration: Eligibility for practising membership of Australian Association of Social Workers; or Current Full Registration as a Psychologist with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA); or eligibility for registration with the Australian Register of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (ARCAP)
Selection Criteria:
1. Relevant tertiary qualifications in social work, social science or related field meeting Health Professionals or Psychologists Award Classification for social work, counselling or psychology and eligible for membership of relevant associations.
2. Demonstrated experience in the delivery of health services to at risk and vulnerable children, young people and their families.
3. Demonstrated understanding of child protection policy and practice and the needs of children and young people in out of home care, including the roles, responsibilities and functioning of health and human service agencies and non-government organisations involved in meeting these needs.
4. Demonstrated understanding of Pregnancy Family Meetings with experience and /or the capacity evidenced by knowledge and skills to facilitate pregnancy family meetings.
5. Demonstrated experience in providing supervision, mentoring, training and experience in leadership and /or management.
6. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with other professionals both internally and with external partners and the ability to communicate, consult and negotiate effectively with senior executives, management, health staff, DCJ staff and external stakeholders.
7. Demonstrated high level written & verbal communication skills, including report writing skills and computer skills.
8. Current driver’s licence valid in NSW and willingness to use for work purposes.
