About the Opportunity

Lead and drive the continual development, optimisation and enhancement of the GoodSAM platform to ensure it continues to deliver high-quality, effective solutions that mobilise registered volunteer responders and strengthens community resilience that contributes to improved out of hospital cardiac arrest survival outcomes. The Manager GoodSAM will provide leadership and strategic direction for the program, embedding a focus on community impact into all aspects of the program, while sustaining and improving performance, scalability and integration with evolving clinical and operational needs. The Manager GoodSAM provides leadership and direction to the responder follow-up team.

The position manages internal and external relationships, offering professional and timely advice in relation to clinical, operational and stakeholder matters relating to the ongoing development and utilisation of GoodSAM. The Manager GoodSAM is also responsible for ensuring effective coaching, counselling and mentoring of staff to foster growth and adaptability within the responder follow-up team.

  • You will bring experience managing complex programs, optimising digital platforms, and driving continuous improvement in a clinical, operational or corporate environment.

  • You excel at building strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and providing clear, timely advice. With sound technical insight, you can work across teams to enhance system performance, streamline processes, and support integration with evolving organisational needs.

  • You are an effective people leader who fosters a positive, respectful culture and supports staff through coaching, mentoring and guidance. Highly organised and adaptable, you manage competing priorities with ease and communicate confidently through reports, presentations and stakeholder engagement.

  • Overall, you are proactive, solutions-focused, and committed to ensuring the GoodSAM program continues to grow, perform and deliver meaningful community impact.
