About the Opportunity
Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operational activities associated with the Institute's records management system (Content Manager), including access, file creation, record storage, archiving, and retrieval and disposal of records to provide record and information management support throughout the organisation in accordance with the State Records Act and other relevant legislation. You’ll also be learning the ropes in IT, assisting with the allocation of access to IT systems to ensure secure and appropriate information management across the Institute.

Essential Requirements
- Demonstrated knowledge of best practice records management principles or willingness to obtain Certificate IV in Recordkeeping.
- Demonstrated experience as a record keeping Administrator, including the use of record keeping systems such as Content Manager/TRIM.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and demonstrated experience in the preparation of training materials and facilitation in face-to-face group training as required, and one-on-one to support system users and promote best practice recordkeeping.
- Demonstrated experience to develop and provide Content Manager system reports, including the maintenance and improvements to existing reports, supporting operational needs and continuous improvement of recordkeeping practices.
