- Relevant qualification and/or equivalent extensive work-based experience in the development and delivery of eLearning solutions including experience with eLearning authoring tools, including Articulate 360, Adobe, Adobe Storyline, Microsoft Office, Learning Management Systems or other learning development tools, design software and/or mobile applications and has a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116 or its successor (or TAE40110 plus the TAEASS502 and TAELLN411 units) and/or tertiary level post graduate qualification in adult education.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in models of instructional design including Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation (ADDIE).
- Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills with proven capacity to develop, implement and promote eLearning initiatives.
- Excellent organisational skills and demonstrated experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with proven capacity to prioritise, multi-task, achieve business goals.
- Proven high level communication skills, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in leading, supervising and managing team members.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems, make decisions and work independently under limited direction, within the identified scope of the role.
- Act as an appropriate role model and promote a culture, and supporting practices, that reflect the organisational values through demonstrated behaviours and interactions with others.
- Current unrestricted Australian drivers licence (P2 Licence Acceptable) subject to obtaining NSW drivers licence within 3 months of appointment with the willingness and ability to travel across SWSLHD as required.
