Target questions:

1.     Provide an example of a workforce planning initiative you led in a large-scale organisation, infrastructure or capital delivery programs? What strategies did you use to forecast resource needs and ensure capability alignment with future demands?

2.     Provide an example of when you have contributed to organisational change, including your role in the situation, the challenges you experienced and the outcome.
