About the Role
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical pharmacy services within a dynamic hospital environment. Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, you will provide expert medication management, support safe and effective therapeutic outcomes, and contribute to patient-centred care.

Your responsibilities will include conducting medication reconciliation, applying your strong knowledge of therapeutics, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and professional standards. You will also utilise electronic systems to support clinical workflows, maintain accurate records, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

This role offers the opportunity to further develop your clinical expertise while actively participating in education, professional development, and continuous improvement activities within the pharmacy service.

About you
You are a motivated and clinically capable pharmacist with current unrestricted registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia and at least three years’ experience in a hospital pharmacy setting. You bring demonstrated competency aligned with Pharmacist Grade 2 classification standards and a strong foundation in clinical pharmacy service delivery.

With a solid understanding of therapeutics and medication reconciliation processes, you are committed to delivering safe, high-quality patient care. You possess excellent attention to detail, strong computer literacy, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new electronic systems.

A collaborative team player, you have well-developed communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams. You are also dedicated to ongoing professional development and actively contribute to education and quality improvement initiatives.
