Remuneration: $131,870 - $134,500 per annum + Annual Leave Loading + 11.5% Superannuation

About the Opportunity
- Develops implements and evaluates care management plans for patients with complex health needs.
- Provides leadership in the ongoing development of clinical practice.
- Initiates and utilises findings of research in the provision of clinical services.
- Contributes to the development and delivery of specialty related education programs.
- Participates in formal processes for the strategic and operational planning for the clinical service.

Ideal Candidate
- Current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) and 5 years full time equivalent post registration experience, with at least 3 years full time equivalent experience in the specialty field.
- Holds approved postgraduate qualifications relevant to the specialty or such other qualifications or experience deemed appropriate.
- Must have minimum 3 year experience in peritoneal dialysis, haemodialysis and home-based dialysis pathway.
- Education and training experience preferred.
- Ability to work Monday to Friday.
