About the Opportunity

In this role, you will be focusing on the coordination of the living donor kidney transplant program and the assessment of donors and recipients. The primary responsibilities include the complex case workup of both donors and recipients including organising investigations, clinical reviews and assessment, pre-transplant clinics, education of staff, donors and recipients regarding transplantation and donation.

Ideal Candidate

  • Current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) and 5 years full time equivalent post registration experience, with at least 3 years full time equivalent experience in the specialty field.
  • Holds approved postgraduate qualifications relevant to the specialty or such other qualifications or experience deemed appropriate.
  • The ability to work Monday - Fridays.
