Chief Radiographer, Medical Imaging
- Degree in Medical Radiation Science (Diagnostic Radiography) or equivalent qualification accredited by the Australian Society of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy (ASMIRT) as rendering the holder eligible for membership, registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA); and possess a licence to operate irradiating apparatus under the NSW Radiation Control Act (NSW EPA Radiation Licence)
- Postgraduate management qualifications and/or equivalent management experience in a complex health environment
- Demonstrated experience in human resource management, including recruitment, payroll and performance appraisal
- Experience in the management and implementation of WHS Principles, quality assurance and Radiation Safety
- Proven ability in the establishment and maintenance of clinical protocols, policies and safe work practices
- Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills as well as organisational skills, including goal achievement, workload prioritization, and problem solving
- Knowledge and application of the financial management of cost centres
