About the Role
As an Enrolled Nurse in our Community Health team, you will provide safe, evidence-based care across home visits, clinics, and outreach settings, delivering a wide range of clinical services including wound care, continence management, medication administration, and palliative support, while building strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families to support their independence, wellbeing, and confidence in managing their health.

About You
Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner regulation Agency as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) with a Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia approved qualification for administration of medication (including intravenous medication administration).
Nursing knowledge and skills relevant to the position speciality,
Current valid Drivers Licence.
Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology and written, verbal and interpersonal skills
