About the Opportunity
As an Enrolled Nurse in our Casual Pool, you will provide high-quality, holistic care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, supporting patients and families across diverse clinical settings. Enjoy the flexibility to choose when and where you work, while building your skills and experience in a variety of specialties as you:
Provide nursing care in line with NMBA standards and NSW Health policies.
Support patients with daily living activities and offer physical and emotional care.
Monitor, assess, and report on patient health to ensure safe, continuous care.
Collaborate effectively with patients, carers, and the healthcare team.
Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

About You
You are a qualified Enrolled Nurse, currently registered with AHPRA, with an approved qualification for medication administration, including IV medications.
You bring sound clinical knowledge and skills relevant to the role, and a commitment to safe, high-quality nursing care.
You demonstrate effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and confidently use clinical information systems and technology.
You thrive in a team nursing environment, working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centred care.
You are highly organised and adaptable, with the ability to prioritise tasks, embrace evidence-based practice, and contribute to ongoing quality improvement.
