What you'll be doing
Join our dynamic Internal Audit team at WSLHD, where your work will make a real impact on healthcare governance and service quality. Key responsibilities include:
Conduct audits, data analysis & investigations
Enhance risk management & internal controls
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate across departments with purpose
Serve as Secretariat to the Audit & Risk Committee
How to Apply

Demonstrated experience in undertaking or assisting in internal auditing, as well as having related Tertiary qualifications or undertaking the Certificate for Internal Audit qualification.
Knowledge and experience in undertaking a range of internal audit activities in accordance with applicable policies and standards.
Ability to undertake data analysis, assist in investigations, as well as willingness to undertake the minimum Certificate IV in Investigation course.
Demonstrated experience or ability to effectively manage the requirements of a professional Committee (example includes a Board Committee, Executive Committee, Audit and Risk Committee, etc).
Analytical skills and the ability to interrogate and generate reports from various computer applications and databases.
Demonstrated effective and professional interpersonal skills, including developed negotiation and report writing skills and the ability to maintain effective relationships with senior management, clients and stakeholders.
Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development.
