About the Opportunity:
The Associate Director of Research will provide expert leadership to shape and execute the NSW Ambulance research strategy. They will support the Executive Director of Medical Services and Research and the Research Office to support current and future research activities, creating value for patients and the wider health system.
You will work collaboratively with clinician researchers, managers and the Executive to establish research priorities and ensure that our processes support the safe, effective and ethical practice of. Your work will establish NSW Ambulance as a credible, responsive and pragmatic research partner; building relationships with NSW Health pillars, research institutions and other research sites.
The role will focus on building research capability within NSW Ambulance, including the creation of pathways for all clinical professionals to participate in research, and develop as academics.
