About the Opportunity:
Associate Director of Medical Services works with the Executive Director of Medical Services and Research and the Office of Medical Services to provide senior clinical advice to the Chief Executive and Executive Directors in order to deliver safe, innovative, high quality and value-based healthcare for people in NSW. The role provides senior strategic clinical leadership as part of a multi-professional team, with a focus on clinical support for operational and education functions across the range of NSW Ambulance activities. Support for individual clinicians is provided through participation in the Clinical Advice Line on-call roster. As part of the Office of Medical Services team, the position will provide out-of-hospital medical expertise to internal and external project and governance committees; supporting NSW Ambulance to innovate as a provider of advanced, flexible and safe mobile urgent and emergency healthcare.
