Selection Criteria:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent experience in Human Resource functions in a large and complex organisation.
- Demonstrated understanding & experience of HR/Personnel principles, interpretation of industrial awards, agreements and relevant legislative requirements.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service approach.
- Demonstrated initiative, accuracy, attention to detail and problem solving ability.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously combined with demonstrated leadership skills.
- Excellent organisational skills including the ability to priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to travel in accordance with position responsibilities.
