- Managing and coordinating specialised health programs or services.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimise care delivery.
- Mentoring and supporting junior staff to foster professional development.
- Ensuring adherence to WSLHD’s values and clinical governance standards.

- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia with at least 5 years' full time equivalent post registration experience and post graduate qualifications with at least 3 years' full-time experience within tuberculosis prevention and care with the authority to provide immunisation (ACN Immunisation for Health Practitioners or equivalent), tuberculin skin testing (TST) and BCG vaccination in NSW.
- Demonstrated extensive understanding of tuberculosis and the current management in line with current clinical practice, policies and procedure.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Demonstrated clinical skills and the ability to provide expert clinical education and training on complex issues
- Proven ability to consult, review, and develop, both new and existing policies and procedures within the relevant specialty
- Experience with health related ITS systems and MS Office based programs.
