- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, experience in delivering training to multidisciplinary teams.
- Cert IV in WHS and/or Diploma in Government Investigations
- Extensive experience in developing and maintaining successful working relationships with management, all levels of staff and other key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the NSW Work Health and Safety legislation and related Aggression Minimisation Policies.
- Demonstrated experience managing databases, accurate record keeping and development of related reports.
- Current Drivers Licence valid within Australia (with a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position).
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in developing, delivering and evaluating of education and learning programs for a range of delivery modes (i.e. face-to-face, online and self- paced).
- Effective time management and demonstrated ability to prioritise, meet conflicting deadlines and multiple priorities in a large, complex organisation.
