Remuneration: $106,142.00 - $125,241.00 per annum plus 11.5% superannuation

HealthShare NSW invites driven and visionary professionals to embark on an extraordinary opportunity as a Training Delivery Officer, playing a pivotal role in supporting the implementation of learning-based activities within multiple projects.
About you
The skills, knowledge and experience we are looking for in you include:
- Extensive, practical experience in adult learning and development in a large and complex/diverse service industry organisation, including relevant qualifications (Certificate IV in Training and Assessment 40116) or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in the scope, design, development, delivery and evaluation of training and education programs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills including written, facilitation, presentation and consultation skills with proven ability to collaborate, influence and negotiate with stakeholders to deliver high quality outcomes.
- Strong customer focus and quality service orientation appropriate to providing support to end users of information systems.

- Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or equivalent demonstrated experience with high level skills in facilitating adult learning processes
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and experience in planning, developing, facilitating, delivering and evaluating education and training programs
- Excellent verbal communication skills with demonstrated experience in presenting to and engaging with a range of healthcare professionals, administrative staff and other key stakeholders
- Excellent written communication skills and computer skills with experience in developing training and user support materials, including user manuals, quick reference guides, information sheets, training manuals/guides, and training assessments
- Willingness and ability to travel to facilities within NSW in accordance with position responsibilities
