- Intention to enroll in a course of study to achieve within 12 months, a Certificate III level qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent as determined by ACECQA).
- Genuine interest and ability to interact and engage with young children and their families.
- Understanding of the importance of the health, safety and wellbeing of children in an education and care setting.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn, practice, develop and improve professional skills.
- Willingness to participate in quality improvement activities.
- Appropriate written and oral communication skills to enable you to communicate effectively through verbal and written means with management, colleagues and families.
