Selection Criteria:
- Ability to make decisions quickly and precisely particularly when executing Emergency or Disaster Procedures
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Clear & concise telephone voice
- Excellent professional customer service skills
- Be able to follow procedures efficiently and precisely
- Demonstrated experience with a computerised, Windows based switchboard, databases & applications
- Clear administrative skills, ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute
- A demonstrated past record of being able to work unsupervised
