Team Leader Ryde Acute Team
- Relevant qualification in discipline with AHPRA registration, or for social workers eligibility for membership with AASW. Allied Health Professionals will need minimum experience as a Level 2. Clinical Psychologist must hold a Master’s degree or higher. Psychologist and Senior Psychologist a four year degree in psychology, being a three year degree with a fourth year honours in psychology; or who has qualifications deemed equivalent by the employer.
- Proven recent experience in a mental health leadership role and management of a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated advanced written and verbal communication skills and advanced computer skills (specifically Microsoft Office suite).
- Proven clinical experience within an acute community mental health team with the ability to provide expertise and supervision in clinical issues i.e. assessment, crisis intervention, suicide risk management and case management practices.
- Demonstrated experience in performing novel, complex and critical discipline specific (social work, occupational therapy, psychology or nursing) clinical work including a high level of professional knowledge and ability to exercise substantial professional judgement. Knowledge of the National Mental Health Standards and Accreditation process with demonstrated commitment to consumer involvement.
- Current NSW Driver's Licence.
