  1. Please describe your experience in senior or executive management within a large, complex organisation. What leadership responsibilities have you held, and how have your tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience contributed to your effectiveness in these roles?
  2. Describe your experience with strategic and business planning at a senior or executive level. How have you developed, implemented, and evaluated strategic plans in a healthcare setting?
  3. Outline how you have built and maintained effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, such as government agencies, universities, healthcare providers, and community groups.
  4. Share an example of a strategic health service development or organisational change initiative that you have overseen or led. What were the key strategies you employed to drive the initiative, and how did you ensure alignment with broader organisational goals?
  5. Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
