Selection Criteria:
- Qualifications in relevant health related discipline and/or relevant or related qualifications and work experience in in the provision of occupational recovery at work case management, including NSW WorkCover Return to Work Co-ordination accreditation or WorkCover exemption
- Demonstrated high level analytical and problem solving skills including the ability to provide authoritative advice and recommendations across a large and complex organisation
- Demonstrated high level negotiation and facilitation skills and commitment to customer service
- Effective time management and demonstrated ability to prioritise and meet conflicting deadlines
- Highly developed communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with senior management, and other key stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in planning and evaluation at strategic and service levels
- Current drivers licence (with a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position)
