  1. Certificate II or III in Health Service Assistance (Sterilisation Services) or equivalent.
  2. Experience working in a Hospital Sterilising Services Department with sound knowledge and understanding of AS5369:2023, Infection Prevention and Control and WH&S requirements.
  3. Please share the main reason you applied for this position, what qualities and strengths do you have that will add value to the Sterilising Services Department.
  4. What skills and experience have you gained by completing the Cert. in Sterilising Services, how does this align with your experience of working in a Sterilising Services Department?
  5. The Sterilising Services Department is a busy environment that involves multiple potential risks. Can you describe the risks and how you would you ensure the safety of yourself and others?
  6. The Sterilising Services Department operates with day and afternoon shifts Monday-Friday, and day shift weekends and Public Holidays, all shifts are rostered on rotation and managed according to work demand, are you available to work day and afternoon shifts?
  7. Infection Prevention & Control are extremely important in the Sterilising Services Department, what explain why this is the case and the measures required to effectively contribute to Infection Prevention & Control
