Sydney Local Health District (SLHD) is seeking an experienced Staff Specialist to join our team at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital! 
  
We are looking for a Staff Specialist in Interventional Cardiology! The primary purpose of the role of Staff Specialist in Interventional Cardiology is to provide high quality diagnostic and consultative specialty services in Interventional Cardiology, and to participate in teaching, research, quality improvement and administrative activities within the Cardiology Department and Hospital as required.
  
The Staff Specialist will ensure a high standard of professional performance and encouragement of an academic environment which supports education, research and professional development.
  
The successful applicant will be registered, or eligible for registration, with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency, and have Fellowship of the  Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) with recognised qualifications in Cardiology and/or other equivalent specialist recognition as provided for in the NSW Staff Specialists (State) Award.
  
Salary and conditions are in accordance with the NSW Staff Specialist (State) Award.
