  1. A bachelor or post graduate degree in speech pathology which provides eligibility for membership of Speech Pathology Australia as evidenced by upload of the most recent academic transcript and latest paediatric and adult COMPASS documents to the ROB portal.
  2. Demonstrate an understanding of skills required to deliver Speech Pathology services to paediatrics in a busy community health type setting.
  3. Describe your understanding of reflective practice and its application to the clinical setting, including examples.
  4. Demonstrate an understanding of the skills required to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and how you have applied this in your clinical experiences thus far.
  5. You will be required to upload a 3 minute video to a secure platform. Please send an email to Brooke.Butt@health.nsw.gov.au to receive the secure link with the questions to respond to.  Your application will not be accepted without the inclusion of this video.
  6. Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
