Specialist Intensive Care Unit Clinical Pharmacist
- Must hold registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia.
- Demonstrated skills and knowledge in the provision of Pharmacy services to consumers, carers and families requiring medication reconciliation, dispensing and dosing.
- Proven ability to work independently and to establish effectively collaboratively working relationships within a multi-disciplinary team and interagency networks.
- Demonstrated experience in the provision of advanced clinical pharmacy services including advanced level practice in Critical Care in a hospital setting.
