- Demonstrated experience in the management and supervision of staff.
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field and/or relevant work experience.
- Experience in leading project development, management and evaluation, including liaison with multiple stakeholders from government and non-government organisations.
- Demonstrated understanding of health promotion, community development, primary health care and the harm reduction approach to illicit drug issues.
- Experience in partnering with consumers and ability to lead the development implementation and evaluation of a consumer participation project.
- High level organisational skills, including a capacity to prioritise competing interests and meet tight deadlines and demonstrated high level written and oral communications skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings in the unpredictable and sometimes volatile environment of Kings Cross and to work in Caringbah and across the SESLHD.
- Current NSW Driver's Licence.
