This position will provide a high quality Social Work service to patients/clients and carers in order to ensure the provision of optimal health outcomes for the patients/clients of the service.

Ideal candidate
  • Must hold a Bachelor or post graduate degree in Social Work that provides eligibility for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Applicants are able to participate in the on-call roster following a period of training and induction.
