The Opportunity 

Are you seeking a rewarding career that allows you to make a positive difference in the lives of others? HealthShare NSW is looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to lead and manage the operational activities and provision of Food Services at Manning Base Hospital.

In this role, you will foster a collaborative approach with Local Health Districts (LHDs), clinical and non-clinical staff, and HealthShare NSW business partners to maintain strong customer relations and effective service delivery. You will contribute to the development of the site business plan in line with the strategic plan, consult with the Operation/Sector Manager to review business processes, make recommendations for continuous improvement, prepare annual budget requirements, provide regular reports, and escalate unresolved issues.
