    1. Tertiary qualifications in a health management-related discipline and/or extensive relevant work experience in a management role, working in either a clinical support or executive support setting.
    2. Demonstrated ability to perform a range of management and administration tasks, including experience in managing and monitoring human resources and financial resources.
    3. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement administration systems and processes to ensure the effective operation of the Cancer & Haematology Services.
    4. Proven team leadership skills with the ability to train, develop, motivate and coordinate staff.
    5. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, including the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
    6. Highly developed interpersonal and written communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
    7. Demonstrated high-level computer literacy and competence in PC-based applications (such as Microsoft Office) and electronic patient administration systems.
    8. Demonstrated ability to support and lead cultural and organisational change.
