- Relevant tertiary qualifications in corporate and/or health services management or relevant equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the policies and processes required to deliver quality services within a large and complex organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team in performing a range of management and administrative tasks within allocated timeframe.
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare service reports, briefs, and service documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adapt work practices to meet current and emerging business needs.
- Demonstrated ability to determine priorities for others and delegate tasks to achieve work objectives in line with business needs.
- Current drivers licence (with a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position).
