Selection Criteria

  1. Ability to perform a wide range of operational tasks, monitoring and determining work priorities to enable adjustments to workflow as required.
  2. Demonstrated knowledge and experience of Environmental services or commercial cleaning operations.
  3. Ability to determine priorities for others, allocate tasks, coach and monitor work performance of staff to achieve work objectives.
  4. Demonstrated initiative and the ability to use established procedures and techniques to determine the most appropriate course of action.
  5. Ability to work independently and with demonstrated capacity for effective teamwork.
  6. Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and a customer service approach.
  7. Experience in the use of internet, intranet, Microsoft Office packages, and the ability to use, e-procurement, e-recruit, Linen Web, HETI online, and Stafflink programs.
