- Current unrestricted NSW LR (or higher) Driver licence and recent bus driving experience
- A strong commitment to working with the frail aged and/or those living with a dementing illness their carers
- Willingness to assist with responsibilities such as personal care and domestic duties related to the centre
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
