Selection Criteria 

  1. Demonstrated experience in an admitted and/ or community environment in the delivery of end of life care services, clinical ethics, governance, risk management and patient safety, including knowledge of end of life options and patient-centered care.
  2. Demonstrated organisational skills and experience working in a demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands and achieve results.
  3. Proven interpersonal, engagement, collaboration and negotiation skills with the capability to build, maintain and draw upon relationships with clinicians, customers and other internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Demonstrated IT skills, including electronic medical records, database management and analysis.
  5. Sound analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret information, prepare written reports, deliver oral presentations, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused solutions.
