Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated experience in an admitted and/ or community environment in the delivery of end of life care services, clinical ethics, governance, risk management and patient safety, including knowledge of end of life options and patient-centered care.
- Demonstrated organisational skills and experience working in a demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands and achieve results.
- Proven interpersonal, engagement, collaboration and negotiation skills with the capability to build, maintain and draw upon relationships with clinicians, customers and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated IT skills, including electronic medical records, database management and analysis.
- Sound analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret information, prepare written reports, deliver oral presentations, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused solutions.
