Selection Criteria:
- Qualifications in a mental health related discipline - Occupational Therapist (eligible for membership of AAOT- NSW), Social Worker (eligible for membership of AASW), Registered Mental Health Nurse (current List A NSW registration) or Psychologist (registered / eligible for registration in NSW) or Equivalent Experience.
- Extensive experience in Community Mental Health with recent senior management experience.
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, coaching, mentoring and communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities including the ability to manage performance and lead change.
- Understanding of and commitment to the principles and practices of consumer and family participation within a recovery framework.
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of the ACHS Accreditation process.
- Demonstrated experience in clinical service planning and financial management.
- Current Drivers Licence and computer literacy.
